What do you do as an e-learning developer at Epyc?

You start of from the needs of the customer and you can turn this into a great project.
Preferably, you already have some experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, iSeazy,...) and are familiar with the most common graphics tools in the Adobe Creative Suite.
You think outside the box and are eager to explore and apply innovative learning methods and technologies.
You have the mindset to co-create top-notch digital learning solutions with customers, actively including them in the creative process.
You like to stay up to date with the latest trends in L&D.
You provide feedback to colleagues in a connecting and constructive way and are also open to receiving feedback. That's how you keep growing and we'll get better together.

Who are you?

You think from the needs of the target group and can turn them into a beautiful project with an eye for detail.
Your work experience has helped you develop strong technical skills, so no authoring tool is alien or deterrent to you.
You won't run away easily when you hear talk about learning technologies and authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, UX and UI.
You know how to integrate multimedia and interactive elements into learning solutions.
You are the definition of a team player and you are completely enthusiastic about openness and transparency, celebrating successes together and creating top notch digital learning solutions as a team.
You go the extra mile to deliver agreed deliverables in a high-quality and timely manner.
