EPYC-Solutions NV undertakes to process only the data that is relevant and necessary for the marketing and communication purposes for which they were collected.

For what purposes is my personal data used?

EPYC-Solutions NV collects personal data to provide you with a safe, optimal and personal user experience. The collection of personal data expands as you make more intensive use of the website and our online services.

When you visit the Epyc Solutions website, some data is collected for statistical purposes. Such data is necessary to optimize the use of our website. Guarantee of lawful and secure processing of personal data

EPYC-Solutions NV always processes your personal data fairly and lawfully. This includes the following guarantees:

Right to access/rectification/erase your personal data

Upon proof of your identity as a User, you have a right to obtain an answer from EPYC-Solutions NV as to whether or not your personal data is being processed. When EPYC-Solutions NV processes your data, you also have the right to view the collected personal data. If you wish to exercise your right of access, EPYC-Solutions NV will comply with this within one (1) month of receiving the request. Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can always be improved. It is up to the User to correct inaccuracies and omissions himself in the first place. You can exercise your right to improvement by providing an additional statement to EPYC-Solutions NV.

You also have the right to have us erase your personal data without unreasonable delay. You can only invoke this right to be forgotten in the following cases:

When the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected;

Right to data portability

User has the right to obtain the personal data provided to EPYC-Solutions NV in a structured, common and machine-readable form. In addition, the User has the right to transfer this personal data to another controller if the processing of the personal data is solely based on the User's consent.

Right to withdraw my consent/right to file a complaint

User has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. In addition, the User has the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of his personal data by EPYC-Solutions NV with the Belgian Commission for the Protection of Privacy.
