The raw content of a course has been  instructional designers. So the structure of the course, which texts will be included, where an animation will be created, and which illustrations are needed, have beeritten out.

And that's where you come in!

It's up to you to get started with that raw, textual content, and create a nice, attractive and effective e-learning course.

With us, everyone has their own talents. So if you can make your own illustrations in Illustrator, that's great. If not, a colleague will do that for you. 🎨 It would be nice if there were a few Adobe solutions (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects) you can work with, but that's not a must.

Maybe you're better at working in an authoring tool like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or iEasy. And if not, we'll teach you that. No sweat! 💡

The tools are of secondary importance, the most important thing is your eye for detail. That is less easy to learn.

There is nothing more exciting than buttons that are not completely aligned, or a color that is just not worth the right amount.

So we are looking for a colleague who can help us make crazy beautiful things. We will teach you the skills you still need.

So you have an eye for detail, and ideally already have some experience with some Adobe programs, and/or Captivate or Storyline. If you don't have that experience, you have the appetite to dive into that in the first few weeks and get the hang of it.

Maybe you've studied graphics, maybe you're used to making layouts, did communication work, or managed an organization's socials. In short: you already have some experience working with digital content.
